REGIONAL COORDINATORS UNITE IN SUPPORT OF COMR. ADESHINA ADEWALE EXCEL FOR NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT COMMISSION
As the election for the National President of the Human Rights Report Commission of Nigeria approaches on September 7th, 2024, the momentum continues to build in support of APGA chieftain Comr. Adeshina Adewale Excel. Coordinators from the South South, South West, Kogi, Kwara, Benue states, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have unanimously declared their endorsement for Comr. Excel, citing his leadership qualities and vision for the commission.
In a statement issued today, Thursday, September 5th, 2024, by the South South Zonal Coordinator of the Human Rights Report Commission of Nigeria, Comr. Godwin Eromosele, the regional representatives expressed confidence in Comr. Excel’s ability to elevate the commission to new heights. Speaking from Asaba, the capital city of Delta State, Comr. Eromosele emphasized that Excel stands out among the candidates not only for his competence but also for his boldness and dedication to human rights advocacy.
Comr. Eromosele highlighted that Comr. Excel's support stretches across major states in the North Central region and beyond. “Comr. Excel is not just a capable leader but also a figure who understands the complexities of managing a national body like the Human Rights Report Commission,” he said. “His strength, character, and ability to control situations make him an ideal candidate.”
The Oyo State Governorship candidate of APGA in the 2023 general election, Comr. Adeshina Adewale Excel, has long been recognized for his contributions to human rights and social justice. His leadership qualities have earned him respect and admiration from key stakeholders across multiple regions, including the South South, South West, and North Central zones.
While addressing the gathering of coordinators, Comr. Eromosele stressed that Comr. Excel’s candidacy is not based on financial prowess but on his ability to effectively handle matters of national importance. “We are supporting him because of his proven track record in leadership and his deep understanding of human rights advocacy,” Eromosele said. “He is not just a candidate from the South West; he represents a broader vision that includes the South South, North Central, and other regions.”
