Comr Adeshina Adewale Excel was born on October 20, 1987, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Growing up in a modest family, he quickly distinguished himself as an individual with exceptional academic prowess and a deep passion for community service. His upbringing, under the guidance of his parents, both of whom were educators, instilled in him the values of hard work, perseverance, and empathy—traits that would define his life and career.

Excel’s early education began at St. Peter's Anglican Primary School, where he was an outstanding student, consistently excelling in his studies. His leadership qualities were evident even at this young age, as he held several leadership positions, including the role of Senior Prefect Boy in 1998-1999. His secondary education was at Polytechnic High School, Ijokodo, Ibadan, where he continued to excel academically and actively participated in extracurricular activities. He served as the Class Captain from 1999 to 2002 and later as the Labour Prefect and Press Club President from 2003 to 2005. His passion for leadership and service was evident in these roles, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.

After completing his secondary education, Excel proceeded to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, where he furthered his studies in Business Administration. His academic journey continued at Centre International Universitaire Des Meilleurs (Bestower International University), where he earned his degree in Business Administration. During his undergraduate years, Excel was not just a student; he was a beacon of social consciousness. He actively participated in various social initiatives, organizing fundraisers for underprivileged communities and volunteering at local schools. His involvement in these activities showcased his commitment to using his education as a tool for societal improvement.

Upon graduating at the top of his class, Comr Adeshina Adewale Excel embarked on a career in estate management, a field in which his analytical skills and strategic thinking quickly set him apart. He founded the Ultimate Success Academy and a Travel and Tour Agency, where he applied his business acumen to achieve significant success. Over the years, Excel held key positions as a realtor, making substantial contributions to the estate management industry. His expertise and innovative approach to real estate earned him recognition and respect within the industry.

Despite his professional success, Excel never lost sight of his commitment to giving back to society. He co-founded the Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on empowering young girls through education and mentorship programs. His dedication to uplifting others, particularly marginalized communities, has earned him numerous awards and recognition for his philanthropic work. Excel's personal life is as fulfilling as his professional and philanthropic endeavors. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Nimotallahi Omolara Adeshina, whom he married in 2022. The couple’s union is blessed with a child, and they find joy in spending quality time together, exploring new cultures through travel, and indulging in their love for literature and the arts. Excel’s family is his sanctuary, and he treasures every moment spent with them, believing that strong family bonds are the foundation of a fulfilling life.

As a well-rounded individual, Comr Adeshina Adewale Excel’s contributions extend beyond his immediate professional sphere. He has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Minihaj Institute of Arabic & Islamic Studies Merit Award, in recognition of his immense contributions towards the upliftment of society and humanity, as well as his moral and financial support for Islam. He was also named Youth Ambassador of the Year 2022, and he received the OTV African News Awards, among other accolades. His consistent dedication to human rights and social justice earned him the Best Mediator of the Year Award from the Association of Human Rights of Nigeria in both 2022 and 2023.

Excel's professional titles reflect his diverse interests and capabilities. He is the Founder of Ultimate Success Academy in Ibadan, the CEO of Excel De Ultimate General Merchant and Building Contractor, and the CEO of Excel De Ultimate Travel and Tours. These positions highlight his entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to manage and lead in various industries successfully. His role as the Chairman and Founder of a non-profit organization further underscores his commitment to societal development and the betterment of humanity.

In addition to his professional and philanthropic work, Excel has made significant strides in his political career. He has held various leadership positions within the political landscape of Oyo State. From 2016 to 2019, he served as the Local Government Youth Leader and the Oyo South Youth Leader for the Action Democratic Party (ADP). His political journey continued with the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), where he currently serves as the State Youth Leader since 2020. His leadership and dedication to youth empowerment have made him a prominent figure in the political scene of Oyo State.

Excel's political aspirations reached a new height when he contested as the APGA Local Government Chairmanship Candidate for Ibadan North East Local Government in 2021. His commitment to public service and his vision for a better society propelled him to contest for the Governorship of Oyo State in the 2023 General Elections under the banner of APGA. Although the election was highly competitive, Excel's candidacy was a testament to his passion for leadership and his desire to bring about positive change in his community.

Excel’s extensive travel experiences have also contributed to his broad worldview. He has visited several countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Benin Republic, and South Africa. These travels have enriched his understanding of different cultures and have influenced his approach to both his professional and philanthropic endeavors.
